Merlin Group is one of eastern India's most established real estate developers, with a portfolio spanning residential towers, integrated townships, Grade-A commercial space, retail, hospitality and community infrastructure.
Over four decades we have developed more than 20 million square feet and delivered over 150 projects, with a further 10 million square feet under construction and a land bank of over 500 acres across India. Our work reaches beyond Kolkata into Pune, Chennai, Ahmedabad and Raipur.
